Andrew Robson, Solutions Consultant, Network Services, at Interactive spoke on this year’s State of the MSP series about the future of network services for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).  

 

As many organisations continue to operate in a hybrid environment, Andrew discusses the importance of network design particularly for applications relying on security. Andrew states that MSPs are seeing a shift into more internet based networks supported by software. 

Looking ahead, Andrew talks about the opportunity to use augmented and virtual reality to enhance the future of cloud collaboration. One of Andrew’s loudest points is the disruption that Artificial Intelligence could play in this space.
