Business challenges

In October 2023, Communicat was looking to relocate. Its offices in West Melbourne were, by that time, only just meeting training and operational needs. While demand for Communicat’s services were increasing, the space it inhabited was not reflecting their ambition and was inhibiting its ability to deliver value and efficiencies to customers.

Their facilities were not suitable to house data centre technology and lacked the power and communication redundancies they were looking for. While offsite solutions were effective, Communicat recognised the potential for even greater growth.
