Fred Thiele is the Chief Information Security Officer at Interactive, helping Interactive customers build and maintain resilient cyber programs, as well as continually improving Interactive’s internal cyber program. He has been in the cyber industry for the last 25 years holding technical, consulting, and executive positions, on several continents, across a wide range of industry verticals.
Fred most recently worked at Transport for NSW, Velocity Frequent Flyer, and the Commonwealth Bank, leading teams to help those organisations build, maintain, and accelerate their cyber security programs. He participates in local NSW cyber industry groups, advises cyber security startups, and occasionally speaks at conferences. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science and several professional qualifications including a CISSP and CISM.
