Interactive OnAlert is a real-time monitoring solution for IT devices already under a hardware maintenance contract with Interactive. It provides additional assurance against system downtime.

How it works
We send an engineer to your site and configure your IT devices to send email alerts to our Service Desk. In the event of a hardware failure or an impending malfunction, an alert will be activated and we will respond accordingly. Interactive OnAlert covers a wide range of device types including the following brands: EMC, HP, IBM and DELL.

  • Alert Set-up: An Interactive engineer will configure your device(s)  to send SMTP emails.
  • Support Coverage: Once we receive an email alert, an Interactive engineer is assigned, via our Incident Management System, to investigate.
  • SLA Response: Our Service Desk will respond to the email alert as quickly as possible.
  • Pricing: Device monitoring is simply 20% of the maintenance price for that particular device.
