Queensland personal injuries legal practice, Trilby Misso Lawyers first opened their doors in 1956. They are experts in motor vehicle, workplace, public liability and TPD (Total & Permanent Disablement) claims, with their clients spanning all walks of life.

Challenge

Trilby Misso Lawyers is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service, with their Client Service Charter illustrating their service level standards and penalties. As such, Trilby Misso Lawyers were determined never to find themselves in a position where they fail to deliver on these standards because they were unable to access documents and information when it was needed. Therefore, the company required a
 cost-effective disaster recovery solution to minimise risk to the business and ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

Solution

To maximise cost-effectiveness and minimise risk to the business, Trilby Misso Lawyers approached Interactive, the largest independent provider of Disaster Recovery services in Australia. Interactive’s solution comprised of one data centre rack, three dedicated workstations and 20 multi-subscriber workstations in Interactive’s Brisbane Disaster Recovery centre. The customised blend of a dedicated and multi-subscriber approach was a cost-effective means of reducing the Trilby Misso’s restoration timeframes in a disaster. Of special note were Interactive’s Disaster Recovery facilities, which included multiple recovery suites fully equipped with workstations, telephone systems, telecommunications links, boardrooms, kitchen facilities and parking.
