SEEK Limited is Australia’s number one job search website, hosting approximately 60 per cent of all jobs on Australia’s major job sites. The website spans a huge selection of employment, education and volunteer businesses across 16 countries, and in any given month will receive over 365 million visits, and at any one time will feature over three million job advertisements.

Challenge

SEEK Limited relies on a robust IT infrastructure to support the business, its clients and end-users. They found they were experiencing inflexible service and extensive delays from its hardware service warranties, and as a result were at risk of lost productivity, lost revenue and lost reputation.
