IRT says the mobility they have introduced allows staff to access the detailed records of a client’s horse in just a few swipes. Staff have time critical information at their fingertips giving them instant context and facts when and where they need it. Interactive’s solution included high availability compute, network, storage and infrastructure, with enterprise level security, monitoring and alerting. The dedicated Cloud Operations team provides full management of all infrastructure, virtual servers and operating systems, and the seamless integrated backup ensures IRT’s data and applications are always protected. As an on-demand Cloud service, IRT has the agility to scale rapidly meeting both technology and business demands. The on-call support system also meant that outlying offices were being connected with IRT every hour and overseen by Interactive’s team 24/7.
